The brief on this one was to help with a quality development in a highly regarded area of Newtown, where the owner can enjoy, as well as allowing someone else to enjoy the area and its benefits.
We have worked closely with the owner on a few projects, in her Interior Design business, and have developed a close working relationship over the years.
The collaboration to develop a 2 Lot Sub Division and 2 Town House’s that fits into the area was effortless.
